Job seekers benefit from the expertise of a coach who knows how to prevent them from wasting valuable time. There’s no use trudging through the process overwhelmed by information on the internet and using the wrong job search methods, which inhibit your progress.

There are many kinds of career coaches in the market. To find the right fit, I recommend setting clear goals for what you expect. If you struggle with the job search process, the right career coach should have hands-on recruitment experience to provide the proper hiring and recruitment insights. You want someone who understands how to help you position yourself as the best candidate to potential employers.

In addition to a recruitment background, you should find a career coach who understands the industry or field you aspire to work in. For example, if you are interested in a marketing position, you need a coach with marketing knowledge to point you in the right direction. Specialized industry knowledge allows your coach to help you create a compelling resume, prepare to succeed in job interviews, and understand what a hiring manager looks for in relation to specific roles within the industry.

Before starting the program, I suggest clients start with this 90-minute trial session to get to know my coaching styles and see if the long-term program is the right fit for them. This is a great session to help clarify their job search goals and gain valuable recruitment insights for their current job search challenges.

We can adjust the focus of particular sessions to accommodate your needs. For example, you might prefer to use your salary negotiation session as a second session devoted to interview prep.

We will hold a coaching session every week.

I prioritize my clients’ emails and typically reply within one to three business days.

If you withdraw from the program within the first two weeks for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund, minus any sessions and hours already used. If you decide to withdraw from the program after two weeks, there will be no refund.

The program instills elite recruitment insights and job search strategies. Ultimately, we are working to ensure that you are never concerned about finding a job again. This education makes the program a worthwhile investment from beginning to end, even if you secure a job before it concludes.
